Where it begins

Some ideas start small. With a question, a conversation or the feeling that there is something worth exploring.

I start by getting to the heart of an issue and work from there towards an approach that fits. I bring over 16 years of communications experience at the Rijksdienst Caribisch Nederland, from advising on sensitive matters to campaigns, media relations, and radio and video productions.

Through ECHT.BON, I help develop ideas and turn them into concrete plans and actions. I combine strategy with a practical approach, explore possibilities and help connect people and organisations.

I also develop my own social initiatives and concepts through ECHT.BON. Step by step, with room to explore, test and adjust along the way.

One example is SANAUNDA, a digital platform for finding, making things visible and connecting people and initiatives. Read more under Initiatives.

From practice

Out of the Grip – From idea to implementation

During my employment at the Rijksdienst Caribisch Nederland, I conceived and developed Out of the Grip: an intervention supported by a multimedia campaign to raise awareness among young people about criminal exploitation. The concept was implemented in 2025 in collaboration with partner organisations and continued in 2026.

A perspective from the collaboration

Her commitment to young people, her creativity and ideas enabled us to reach young people directly in schools through the ‘For di Gara’ programme.

Based on my experience of working with Atseline, dating back to 10 October 2010, I would recommend her expertise to anyone.

Honest · Concrete · Heart-centred · Future-focused

Everyone is of value.

Everyone has something to contribute. We all have our own moment to grow, contribute or shine. We can create that space ourselves, or it can emerge when people see one another, connect and help each other move forward.

I believe in giving each other that space.

ECHT. making a difference.
